Savills Czech Republic appointed by VIG Fund as exclusive leasing partner for LIFE_BUILDING C in Prague – EuropaProperty

In November 2018, VIG Fund, a group member of Vienna Insurance Group, has appointed Savills as exclusive leasing partner for its real estate asset LIFE_BUILDING C, located in BB Centrum, part of the well-established business district in Prague 4, the Czech Republic.

The building comprises 12,800 sqm of office and commercial space on seven above-ground and two underground floors with 165 parking spaces in underground garages. The complex is highly visible and eye-catching due to its good position close to the highway D1 direction Brno with direct connection to the city ring road and offers a variety of commercial needs, including office space, a showroom and commercial business space. The convenient public transportation system as well as the existing street and highway infrastructure provide excellent access. Currently the building is under redevelopment and will be completely refurbished to offer a new work-life balance concept, available for new tenants from June 2019 onwards.

VIG Fund currently owns a portfolio of 19 assets comprising more than 165,000 sqm of office and commercial spaces, mainly located in Prague, Bratislava and Warsaw.
