Savills to manage NC3 building in Mokotów  

MNK Partners has appointed real estate advisory firm Savills as property manager for its newly acquired office building NC3.

NC3 is a modern office complex located at 14B Postępu Street in Warsaw. It has 6,500 sqm of leasable space and more than 200 parking places. The project was completed in 2015 by ECI SA. It enjoys easy access to Frederic Chopin Airport and a vast array of services in its immediate neighbourhood, including in the nearby Galeria Mokotów shopping centre.
