Savills is moving its headquarters as of March 2025, to new office space within the Masaryčka project in the centre of Prague. Savills additional 50 percent floor space will give it the foundation to expand its headcount towards 100 employees over the next phase of the business.
“The Czech Republic is recognized as a stable economy, making it a trusted market for commercial real estate operations. Savills entry into the Czech market in 2017 was a strategic and logical decision, and it has proven to be highly successful. The company’s growth and the expansion of its service offerings are clear indicators of this success. I am confident that our professional and experienced team will be able to thrive in such a prestigious building, and the modern work premises will provide an exceptional environment for our clients, existing staff and prospective employees. The new offices at Masaryčka symbolically mark the beginning of the next chapter for Savills,” says Stuart Jordan, CEO of Savills CEE.
Savills offers a comprehensive range of services, including investment advisory, valuation, leasing, property management, building and project consultancy, project management, ESG consulting, and market research. The primary sectors in which Savills applies its expertise are offices, industrial and logistics, retail, and living.
Pavel Streblov, Business Director of Penta Real Estate, adds: “Masaryčka is our flagship, world-class project, there is no building of similar calibre in Prague during the last quarter of a century. The wider surroundings of Masaryk Railway Station are changing from a neglected brownfield into a modern business district, a popular location for leading Czech and international companies. We are glad that Savills also joined the club. The offices in Masaryčka are currently completely sold out.”
Penta Real Estate completed the Masaryčka project at the end of 2023. From the outset, the project has attracted significant attention from both the professional community and the general public, even far beyond the country’s borders. Designed by the world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, Masaryčka consists of two buildings with unique architecture, offering prestigious AAA-class office spaces and two floors of premium retail areas. Both Masaryčka buildings have received the international LEED Platinum certification for green buildings.
