Savino Del Bene, an Italian-based provider of multimodal transportation services across the globe, has become a new tenant in Panattoni Park Tricity East VI, where it leased 8,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was represented during the negotiation process by Newmark Polska.
Founded in Florence in 1899, Savino Del Bene specializes in multimodal transportation and is present in 55 countries. It provides services for clients from various sectors, including food, furniture, chemical, high-tech, pharmaceutical and automotive. Savino Del Bene has 4,500 staff in 190 offices.
“To put its growth plans into action, Savino Del Bene was looking to lease warehouse and office space in Tricity. Our task was to identify facilities meeting its requirements and to assist our client in finalizing the deal. The facility where Savino Del Bene leased space was developed by Panattoni, the European industrial real estate leader. The developer has already delivered over 400,000 sqm of industrial space in Pomerania, pushing the region’s total stock beyond the one million square metre mark.
