S+B Gruppe breaks ground on Królewska in Warsaw – EuropaProperty

Austrian developer S+B Gruppe has started construction work on its new boutique office project, Królewska, in the centre of Warsaw.

Following the successful sale of the Zebra Tower and the forthcoming opening of the hotel Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre at Wspólna 72, Królewska is the third project of S+B in the Polish capital.

Reinhard Schertler, Member of the Board of S+B, commented: “Boutique office projects in important capital cities like Warsaw, even more in connection with high quality design, will always maintain or even increase their value. The project Królewska surely fulfils this requirements and therefore it is a great pleasure for us to develop this promising down-town project.”

Królewska is located in the innermost core of the city’s business center the Central Business District. With particular attention being paid to functionality, design and quality a new piece of top-class real estate is emerging here. High-class office and retail spaces with a total surface of 6,000 sqm are being developed and will be rounded up by means of a high-quality facade.

Within a walking distance of 5 minutes business people may find everything they are looking for: high standard hotels, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as the beautiful Saski Garden, the National Theater, the National Art Gallery and the Złote Tarasy shopping center.

Królewska is only 3 minutes away by foot from the Świętokrzyska metro station, numerous bus and tram lines being also located in the immediate vicinity. The Central Station of Warsaw is also located within a short walking distance. The Marszałkowska main road, one of the main north-south arteries of Warsaw, runs in the near range of the plot. Given that the street runs through the entire city center district getting around fast by car is also possible.
