Scallier Launches Commercialization of New Retail Park in Darłowo

Scallier has launched the commercialisation of a new retail park in Darłowo, scheduled to open in the summer of 2027. The project is being developed by Medos, with Scallier acting as commercialisation partner.

The retail park will be located in Rusko, within the Darłowo municipality, directly next to national road DK37 – the main access route to Darłowo and Darłówko – ensuring strong visibility and convenient access for residents and tourists.

The project has secured approved road access, while the local spatial development plan allows for more than 18,000 sqm of retail space. Preparation for construction is expected to begin in the first half of 2026.

“The level of tenant interest has exceeded our expectations, confirming the attractiveness of both the location and the investment concept,” says Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier. The first lease agreements were signed in December, with further contracts at an advanced negotiation stage.

The development will be delivered in phases, enabling future expansion and strengthening its position as a key retail destination in the region. Darłowo, home to over 12,000 residents, is one of the Baltic Sea’s most popular resorts, attracting around 1 million visitors annually.
