This change will also increase our workforce. The process of selecting the most suitable facility that would meet our needs was smooth, and we are now very happy with the change,” said Czesław Gąsiorek, Plant Manager at Schöck.
“The new location of the client is close to the warehouse occupied so far, so this change will not cause difficulties for employees when it comes to commuting to work. The advantage of the new location, in addition to the high quality of the space and adapting the technical specifications to the needs of the client, is good exposure allowing better visibility of the Schöck Group,” said Daniel Kempa, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency, Savills.

In the meantime, the second building in the same park is under construction with the option of further expansion. This dynamic shows optimistic economic situation on the industrial and logistics market. It’s a great opportunity for us regarding both development possibilities as well as existing space that is available now in our park in Gliwice,” summed up Joanna Janiszewska, SEGRO Regional Director.
