Schrack Technik stays longer in Prologis Park Warsaw II – EuropaProperty

The distributor of innovative electrotechnical products Schrack Technik has extended the lease agreement of warehouse and office space in Prologis Park Warsaw II. The company has leased 3,900 sqm in the park. Schrack Technik chose the agency AXI IMMO as an advisor in the renegotiation process.

Schrack Technik Polska operates throughout the country. In addition to online sales, it runs commercial offices with stores in Silesia in Katowice, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Kielce, Białystok and technical offices in Szczecin and Krakow. The Schrack Technik headquarters is located in Warsaw in the Prologis Park Warsaw II, where the company occupies 2,550 sqm of warehouse space and over 1,300 sqm of office space. Bearing in mind the perspective of the end of the current lease contract, the company considered renegotiating the lease terms or the relocation of the head office. The company has chosen AXI IMMO agency specializing in consulting and transactional services in the commercial real estate market.

Prologis Park Warsaw II is a modern distribution center with a warehouse space of 40,000 sqm. The park is located in the industrial part of the Praga district. It is located approx. 1 km from the S8 expressway connecting the north and south of the country, 10 km from the A2 motorway and national road No. 92 road from east to west of Poland and about 12 km from the international airport in Warsaw. The uniqueness of the park results from the location in the city center, which allows effective distribution of goods in Warsaw and the surrounding areas.
