Prologis, has signed two new lease agreements totalling 12,100 sqm at its second speculative development at Prologis Park Prague-Airport. The park is now 100-percent leased.
Details of the lease agreementsare as follows: 9,000 sqm to United Kingdom-based freight transport company; 3,100 sqm to O&M Movianto, a European healthcare solutions partner for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries, part of US-based Owens & Minor Inc. that is already a Prologis customer at Prologis Park Bratislava.
“The speed at which this new development has been leased reflects demand for high-quality logistics space in the right locations,” said Martin Baláž, director of leasing and development, Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia. “With its solid operating fundamentals, Prologis Park Prague-Airport was the clear choice for speculative development.”
Prologis Park Prague-Airport is adjacent to the D6 motorway at Exit 7, five minutes from Prague Airport. The park, which comprises three buildings totalling 73,000 sqm and 48,000 sqm of potential future development, has excellent access to national and international trade routes via the D0 and onto the D5 and D1 motorways. Public transportation links, including a bus stop in the park, provide connections to Kladno and Prague, as well as to the train station.
