SEGRO changes the names of its properties – EuropaProperty

SEGRO has changed the names of its four investments in Warsaw, Stryków and Poznań in July 2013. According to the implemented changes SEGRO Business Park Warsaw was renamed as SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Ożarów and the second SEGRO investment in the capital, Żerań Park II, changed its name to SEGRO Business Park Warsaw, Żerań. Additionally, the properties in Poznań – Tulipan Park Poznań – and Stryków – Tulipan Park Stryków – will now operate as SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań and SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków.

The re-naming process of SEGRO properties in Poland is in line with the company’s branding principles. “We started the process of making these changes while we completed SEGRO Business Park Gliwice. The main purpose of the re-naming is to underline the character of investment and the type of operation, which additionally results from long-term strategy of the company. Conducting the process gradually enables us to adjust the market with the new properties’ names,” explained Magdalena Szulc, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director for Central Europe.
