Sephora enters Croatia with first store at City Center one East Zagreb

Global beauty retailer Sephora is further expanding its European footprint. Its newest store, spanning around 230 sqm, was delivered with the support of CC Real in cooperation with the owner Hyprop Investments at Zagreb’s City Center one East. It marks the retailer’s first store in Croatia.

“The arrival of Sephora represents a significant enhancement of the tenant mix at City Center one East and further strengthens the centre’s positioning in the premium beauty and lifestyle segment,” said Neda Buljević Vlačić, Managing Director, Croatia at CC Real.

From an asset management perspective, the addition of Sephora is expected to act as a key footfall driver and attract new customer segments. The brand strengthens the centre’s positioning in the premium beauty segment and supports the ongoing evolution of the retail mix.

The opening reflects CC Real’s broader strategy to enhance retail destinations across Central and South-Eastern Europe by integrating strong international brands.

The company has developed and manages multiple retail assets in Croatia, including the City Center one locations in Zagreb and Split, and continues to focus on long-term value creation through active asset and leasing management.
