Sescom Group Opens New Headquarters at Alchemia

Sescom Group, the Gdańsk-based leader in technical facility management, is relocating its headquarters. The Group’s new head office will occupy the top floor of the Alchemia office complex.

“Sescom was founded in Gdańsk, and it is from here that we have consistently expanded our operations across European markets. Our new headquarters is more than just another office. It is the Group’s central hub – a place from which we will set standards, make strategic decisions and steer the development of an organisation operating in more than 10 countries. From the 11th floor of Alchemia, you can truly see a long way ahead. That is a fitting perspective for a company with ambitious plans for further expansion across Europe,” says Marek Kwiatkowski, CEO of Sescom Group.

Today, the Group comprises nine entities and is growing both organically and through acquisitions, combining local expertise with European management standards. Its further expansion and ambitious consolidation plans are supported by private equity investor Enterprise Investors.

Gdańsk’s Alchemia, selected as the Group’s new headquarters, is intended to serve not only as a strategic centre but also as a space that encourages team integration, cooperation between Group companies and meetings with business partners from across Europe. The space on the building’s 11th floor has been designed to reflect the organisation’s current scale and ambitious growth plans.

Sescom’s expansion in Gdańsk is also an important signal for the local labour market. The company is building multidisciplinary teams in the region, offering employment opportunities for specialists in IT, engineering, finance, management, operations and sales.
