Sharp Electronics Extends Lease at Poleczki Park

ITRA advisors represented the Polish branch of Sharp Electronics Europe in the process of renewing its lease agreement at Poleczki Park in Warsaw. The office, along with a service and storage space for one of the leaders in business technology, occupies 1,200 sqm in the complex located at 33 Poleczki Street.

“For our client, a key factor in the decision to extend the lease was the availability of service space on the ground floor of the building—something rare in Warsaw office complexes. This allows Sharp to have direct access to suppliers, significantly streamlining logistics for printing devices delivered to customers. We’re pleased to have once again supported the tenant in achieving their ambitious business goals,” said Martyna Balcer, COO and Head of the Office Department at ITRA Polska, who led the process for Sharp Electronics.

Poleczki Park is one of the largest multifunctional business parks in Poland and Central Europe. Situated on a 14-hectare plot, it currently features six office buildings, a hotel, and parking facilities, offering a total of 83,000 sqm of office, warehouse, and retail space.
