Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea to open on the 7th of December 2017 in Romania – EuropaProperty

Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea, a new retail complex to be developed by NEPI Rockastle in Romania, will open its doors to the public on the 7th of December 2017. The project represents an investment worth 40 million EUR.

Spreading over a gross leasable area of 27,900 sqm, the complex will house more than 70 retail units and 900 parking spaces, and will be anchored by a 7,500 sqm Carrefour hypermarket.

Its tenant mix will encompass various fashion, sports, accessories, electronics, kids, furniture and home stores, as well as restaurants, entertainment and leisure amenities.

So far, the mall has attracted a strong lineup of tenants including: New Yorker, Deichmann, LC Waikiki, Hervis, Altex, DM, Jysk, Noriel, Top Shop, Various Brands, Bigotti, Gloria, Atmosphere, Marelbo, Paolo Boticelli, English Home, Optiplaza, Sport Vision, Orsay, Douglas, Takko, Office Shoes, Meli Melo, Penti, TUI, CCC , Pepco, Sensiblu, KFC and many others

The centre’s entertainment area will include cafes, restaurants, bowling alleys, billiard tables, a children’s playground and a 350 sqm outdoor terrace overlooking the river Olt. In addition, Shopping City Ramnicu Valcea will also house the largest and most modern Cinema City multiplex cinema in the region equipped with six theatre halls.
