SICO Polska, a provider of printing, advertising and visual communication solutions, has leased 3,700 sqm of warehouse, office and showroom space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. The tenant was advised during the search for its new location by experts of Newmark Polska.
“Favourable lease conditions and availability of modern warehouse and office space convinced SICO to relocate its operations from Warsaw Inner City to the suburbs. Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is well-located to meet the tenant’s needs and enable the employees of SICO Polska quick and easy commutes,” says Miłosz Borkowski, Senior Associate, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is located in zone 2 of the Warsaw industrial and warehouse market. Its key strength lies in its location by the S8 expressway, which connects Białystok and Wrocław (to be extended to Kłodzko). The complex has been BREEAM-certified for its multiple sustainable and energy-efficient solutions and provides modern class A warehouse space.
“We focus on green solutions in all our projects in line with our sustainable development concept Go Earthwise. That’s why our park has been BREEAM-certified at the ‘Very Good’ level. The undoubted advantages of our industrial park, combined with its prime location off the S8 expressway, have resulted in another transaction which we are very pleased with,” says Sylwia Robakiewicz-Mokwińska, Senior Leasing Manager, Panattoni.
