Sierra Balmain takes over management of Galeria Chełm

Sierra Balmain has become the new manager of Galeria Chełm. The company will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property. Galeria Chełm is a modern shopping centre launched in March 2020. Thanks to its broad offer, convenient location, and modern infrastructure, the facility is a key shopping destination in the local market.

With an area exceeding 17,000 sqm, the centre features 50 retail units, including renowned brands such as Reserved, Sinsay, House, Cropp, CCC, Deichmann, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Martes Sport, Pepco, 4F, and the grocery operator Lidl. The mall also offers over 550 parking spaces. The facility is located in a strategic area, serving as the main transportation hub of the city. The mall’s catchment area extends to nearly 300,000 residents as well as cross-border traffic from Ukraine and Belarus, making it a significant shopping and retail centre in the region.

Galeria Chełm is a joint investment of Acteeum and Equilis. From the beginning of the year, the new manager, Sierra Balmain, will provide a full range of services in property management and marketing.

With the addition of Galeria Chełm, Sierra Balmain now has a portfolio of 20 diverse properties across 14 cities, with a total GLA of 520,000 sqm.
