DTZ have announced the upcoming commission of the B+ Sigma BC, located at 6, Ivana Lepse Boulevard in Kyiv. Given the anticipated scope of construction works left, project commissioning is planned for the end of March 2014.
Sigma BC, with a gross lettable area of almost 18 000 sqm, will feature high-quality office premises, restaurant, fitness café and fitness center, public rest zone, open terraces and parking with 256 spaces for the tenants and visitors of the centre.
