In 2023, real estate advisory firm Savills represented TFG Asset Management, the owner of the Stratos Office Center in Warsaw, in lease transactions for over 4,650 sqm in the building.
The Stratos Office Center has signed up three new tenants from the investment sector who leased offices with a combined area of over 2,300 sqm. In addition, another diplomatic mission moved into the building, taking more than 950 sqm.
CRH Materials Polska, the central office of a leading building materials group in Poland, part of the global CRH Group, decided to renew its lease of over 750 sqm of office space for another six years. Savills represented both the landlord and the tenant during the transaction process.

Other new tenants moving into the Stratos Office Center include a manager and manufacturer of packaging for the food industry who took just under 350 sqm and a company from the RES sector focusing on building photovoltaic farms – it leased nearly 300 sqm of office space.
“All the prospective tenants were determined to lease office space in the Stratos Office Center from day one. They identified the high quality of office space as the key decision driver because they were looking for executive suites to be able to project a professional image and host clients. For them, the office is not only a workplace but also an important element of visual corporate identity. The building is anchored by law firms, investment funds and embassies.
