Silverstone Polska changes address in Central Poland

International distributor of lightweight material handling equipment, Silverstone Polska, has decided to lease approximately 3,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The tenant will move into the new warehouse park in Q1 2024. Silverstone Polska was represented in the transaction by Poland’s largest advisory firm, AXI IMMO.

Maciej Mikołajczuk, Managing Director, Silverstone Polska, said: “The opening of the new logistics centre is part of Silverstone Polska’s long-term development strategy on the domestic market. So far, we have been using an external warehouse. Still, growing interest and the need to increase the availability of our high-quality products have accelerated the process of having a warehouse for our use. We decided to cooperate with SEGRO because the prepared offer came closest to our expectations”.
