Simba Toys Poland has extended its lease of approximately 8,550 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex, including around 300 sqm of office space. The lease agreement was brokered by Axi Immo. The tenant has been operating at the facility for over four years, having moved into MLP Pruszków II in January 2021. Simba Toys Poland is part of the German Simba Dickie Group. The Simba & Dickie Group is one of the five largest toy manufacturers and distributors in Europe, offering a wide range of products including dolls, toy cars, interactive toys, and more.
“We are pleased that Simba Toys Poland has decided to continue its cooperation with MLP Group and remain at the MLP Pruszków II complex for the coming years. The lease extension confirms that our logistics centres meet the highest standards and are well-suited to the needs of dynamic companies in the distribution and logistics sectors. MLP Pruszków II is one of our key logistics parks, distinguished by its strategic location and modern, environmentally friendly solutions. We would like to thank Simba Toys Poland for their trust and for choosing our facility as their long-term operational base. We believe that our continued cooperation will bring tangible benefits to both parties and support the company’s growth in Poland,” said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
“The lease extension by Simba Toys Poland is the result of a consistently built, partnership-based relationship and the landlord’s professional approach to tenant service. Key factors included not only commercial terms, but also the quality of the relationship and the flexibility demonstrated throughout the cooperation. For the tenant, another important consideration was employment stability – the park’s location near Warsaw allows the company to retain its experienced team and ensures convenient commuting from surrounding areas,” commented Karol Osiecki, Director of Industrial & Logistics Agency at AXI IMMO.
MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics centre located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, just 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings within the park are BREEAM-certified. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the rooftops.
