Sinsay, one of the leading clothing brands offering fashion for the entire family, home décor items, pet accessories, and an affordable range of skincare and makeup products, is enlarging its store in Centrum Serenada. The new space, nearly twice the size of the current store, will be located on level +1.
“The relocation of the Sinsay store is a response to the growing demand for our offerings. With the larger space, we can showcase an even broader range of products—clothing, accessories, and home goods—while also creating a more comfortable shopping experience for our customers,” said Magdalena Banacka, Visual Communication Director at Sinsay.
The expansion of Sinsay is part of a long-term development strategy for Centrum Serenada, aimed not only at optimizing the use of available space but also at fostering tenant growth and expansion. The centre continually adapts its offerings and layout to meet the evolving needs of brands, enabling them to present a wider product range and enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
“We are delighted that Sinsay has chosen to expand its store in our centre. This decision demonstrates that Serenada is a place where brands can realize their full potential. We are confident that the new, larger Sinsay store will attract even more visitors,” commented Iwona Sitko, Director of Centrum Serenada.
“The relocation process was carried out in an excellent atmosphere. A collaborative approach and mutual understanding of needs and expectations allowed us to efficiently develop solutions beneficial for both parties. Centrum Serenada actively supports tenant growth, offering flexible solutions and adapting spaces to their changing business requirements. We are proud to be part of the expansion process for brands like Sinsay and to support their continued growth within Centrum Serenada,” added Grzegorz Latała, Managing Director of Mayland Real Estate.
Centrum Serenada is located in the northeastern part of Kraków. Spanning 42,000 sqm, it houses over 150 stores from renowned retail chains, as well as service points and restaurants. A key strength of the centre is its extensive fashion offering, including brands such as Zara, H&M, Reserved, VAN GRAAF, and TK MAXX. The shopping centre is complemented by Centrum Handlowe Krokus.
