Sirin Development, an industrial real estate development and management company, has completed the construction of stage IV of Liepkalnis Industrial Park in Vilnius, one of the largest industrial parks in the Baltic States. In total, €13 million was invested in the 26,200 sqm warehouse.
Well-known logistics and e-commerce companies have already moved into the new premises of Liepkalnis Industrial Park: Lithuanian Post, Araneta, the company managing the stores of Baldų turgus, Baltijos didmena, the company managing Membershop e-stores, and the production company Looping Production.
According to Laurynas Kuzavas, the Director of Sirin Development UAB, the industrial park project is unique in the Baltic States due to its size, exceptional location, high construction quality and focus on energy efficiency.
“We offer modern warehousing facilities for our clients in a premium location within the capital, thus ensuring fast and cost-efficient goods delivery. In addition, we are flexible regarding area size, and according to the business needs, we can offer our clients solutions regarding both development and business optimisation. Therefore, we are pleased that our efforts are recognised by well-known trademarks and that they choose the projects we are developing both in Lithuania and Latvia,” said Kuzavas.
Liepkalnis Industrial Park is located in the southern part of Vilnius, taking up a 34.4 ha territory next to Liepkalnio and Sodybų streets. The total area of the logistics park will be 165,000 sqm, and total investments in the park will amount to €82 million. Four stages of the park are currently completed (16,800 sqm / 16,200 sqm / 30,800 sqm / 26,200 sqm). Three stages of development are yet to be implemented.
Liepkalnis Industrial Park was one of the nominees at this year’s Baltic Real Estate Investment Forum in the category of the Best Industrial Object and received the highest public acknowledgement.
