Skanska appoints Sharman Church to lease the ground floor office and retail units across their Polish portolio – EuropaProperty

Following a review of their leasing strategy in Poland, Skanska Property Poland have appointed Sharman Church to support leasing of the ground floor office and retail units of six office buildings located in Warsaw, Wroclaw (2), Krakow, Lodz and Katowice.

The portfolio being leased by Sharman Church comprises vacant units in Green Horizon in Lodz, Green Corner in Warsaw, Dominikański and Green Day in Wroclaw, Kapelanka 42 in Krakow and Silesia Business Park B in Katowice. The properties have already been leased to a number of premier office occupiers such as: Tesco, Sygnity, Southwestern, Credit Suisse and in Warsaw by a group of Polish central administration authorities. The total available space, at the time of signing the contract, on the ground floor space being leased by Sharman Church totals around 4,500 sqm.
