The Visionary project will expand the range of services offered in Holešovice, Prague. Tenants and the public will have the opportunity to visit the Fresh & Tasty restaurant, the Pharmacentrum pharmacy, a medical clinic by MEDICON and a kindergarten operated by the District of Prague 7.
The renowned gastronomical company Zátiší Group will open a new Fresh & Tasty restaurant inside Visionary in spring 2018; the restaurant will offer meals prepared using fresh and healthy foods served in a pleasant, stylish environment. Visionary tenants can access the menu using the mobile app, developed by Skanska for all their office buildings. This means that table reservations and the selection of your meal will only take a few seconds. The restaurant will also be available to travelers who stop at the Holešovice station (which operates not only trains but also several bus, metro and tram lines) as well as people living in the neighborhood.
The retail areas in Visionary will also be occupied by MEDICON, one of the largest operators of medical services in the Czech Republic. The company will open a pharmacy, a shop focusing on healthy food called Ošatka, and a medical clinic. The specific medical specializations offered at the site are not yet finalized; they will be introduced in collaboration with the District of Prague 7 in the upcoming months. Medical care is planned to fully cover the needs of Prague 7 inhabitants and the office building and it is expected to bring new, modern standards for medical care to the neighborhood.
“We are currently negotiating with the District of Prague 7 on the opening of a kindergarten in Visionary which will be available to families living in Holešovice as well as to parents working in Visionary. The kindergarten will be operated by the district. The kindergarten will have access to multifunctional sports facilities and a part of the Visionary gardens,” said Marie Passburg, Managing Director of Skanska Property Czech Republic, who then added: “I believe that parents who work here will be happy to learn about this new development and that the kindergarten will be in high demand. It is located near a highly frequented junction, and yet will offer children all the needed privacy and playing areas.”
Visionary is a modern office hub located in Prague 7, which will offer nearly 23,000 sqm of office and retail areas after its completion in spring 2018.
Aside from a healthy and flexible working environment, Visionary also has a number of relaxation zones: a garden, a multifunctional playground and an outside cinema that is accessible to the public. On the rooftop, the developer will build a running track, the first of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe.
Visionary strives to obtain the LEED Platinum environmental certification and newly also the WELL certificate, monitoring the inner environment of the building with respect to its users.
