Skanska’s completes P180 office building in Warsaw

Skanska has completed works on the P180 office building, located at the Wilanowska metro station. The building received an occupancy permit, which means that the Warsaw office market has gained an additional 32,000 sqm of office space. IT specialists from the international Netcompany moved into the newly commissioned office building, which offers the tenant 6,000 sqm of high-quality space.

Construction of the P180 started in September 2020. The location of this 15-storey building, designed by the PRC Architekci studio, is not accidental. The office building was built at an important communication junction, just 180 steps from the Wilanowska metro station. Nearby, there are also numerous public transport stops and service points. This, combined with very good exposure, makes the Skanska investment an excellent alternative to office buildings in Służewiec. P180 meets the standards of the most demanding certificates: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Building without barriers.
