Almost 5,000 sqm of space in Skyliner will be occupied by new tenants – DXC Technology and Luxoft. Both companies are leaders in the field of IT services. From the beginning of 2022, the flagship investment of the Karimpol Group, situated at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, will be the headquarters of the companies.
DXC Technology is a Fortune 500 global IT services leader with over 130,000 employees across 70+ countries. The company provides digital services to some of the largest corporations and governments around the world. In Poland, the company employs over 2,000 people.
“Moving to Skyliner is part of DXC’s strategy to deploy a more remote and flexible-oriented work model with fewer in numbers but best in class modern offices where their people can collaborate, meet with clients, and shape innovation together. Skyliner offers us everything we need, a location in the business centre of Wola with a view of the city, daylight, excellent transport connection, as well as the highest quality systems. Our employees in the future will get benefits of both – great and centrally located office and ability to work from their preferred remote location,” says Jacek Skowroński, Head of HR at Global Innovation & Delivery Center in DXC Technology.
DXC Technology moves to Skyliner with Luxoft – a digital strategy and software engineering firm founded over 20 years ago. Luxoft operates in over 22 countries and employs around 13,000 people. In 2019 the company was acquired by DXC Technology. Moving together to Skyliner is an important next step in the integration between the two entities.
“We are glad that we were able to convince other distinguished clients from the technology sector to choose Skyliner as their future headquarters. Although we operate in other industries on a daily basis, we share a similar approach to business partners and implemented projects. We also offer our clients non-standard, timeless, innovative and personalized solutions that we implement in the investments of the Karimpol Group. An example of such a solution is the SkylinerApp – a building application, created from scratch, which replaces the traditional access control system and gives great opportunities in the field of tenant office management, e.g. by the possibility of booking desks, conference rooms and managing tenants’ parking spaces,” says Jarosław Prawicki, Leasing Director at Karimpol Group.
New tenants will move into Skyliner next year and will occupy a total of three floors of the building. The tenant was represented in the leasing process by CBRE Polska.
