SoftwareONE Polska, a global supplier of software and licensing solutions, has signed a 549 sqm office lease at Centrum Królewska in Warsaw. The Rezydent Group, which owns the office building, was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. The tenant was advised by Brookfield Partners.
Centrum Królewska is a Class A building offering approximately 7,000 sqm of leasable office space. It is located in the heart of Warsaw’s city centre, near the junction of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets, enjoying easy access to the Central Railway Station, an underground station, bus and tram stops. This modern office building boasts an elegant and unique design, and state-of-the-art technological systems to ensure ease of operation and safety of people inside the complex.
“Key drivers in SoftwareONE’s decision to select Centrum Królewska included the building’s location which enables a quick and convenient access to transport services, and a flexible lease term,” said Dorota Mielke, Senior Negotiator, Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield.
SoftwareONE Polska helps organisations manage all aspects of their IT resources. With a global presence in more than 80 countries, it provides services to optimize licensing conditions, introduce an efficient software lifecycle management system and reduce software costs.
“I’m pleased that the new office meets our client’s requirements. The location at the crossroads of Marszałkowska and Królewska streets is noted for its convenient access to other parts of Warsaw by providing excellent links to many tram and bus services, and the Świętokrzyska metro station,” said Robert Romanowski, Brookfield Partners’ agent, who represented SoftwareONE Polska in the transaction.
