Sollers Consulting has extended the lease of its regional office in Poznań. The global IT company occupies more than 950 sqm of office space in the Szyperska Office Center, which is owned by Czech-based INVESTIKA realitní fond. The transaction was brokered by real estate advisory firm Savills.

The office of Sollers Consulting in the Szyperska Office Center has been designed to facilitate hybrid working – this included increasing space for team meetings. The Poznań office also allows employees to foster knowledge sharing and learning from more experienced team members from day one.

Real estate advisory firm Savills is the exclusive leasing agent for office space in the complex.
