Jinsung, a South Korean company providing general contracting services in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems, cleanroom design and public places has leased over 10,300 sqm of space at Panattoni Park Wrocław XI complex. Experts from JLL advised the tenant on negotiating the contract terms.
Jinsung specializes in sanitary engineering for large commercial and public facilities. The Korean brand has been operating in the construction sector in Poland since June 2019 and its portfolio already includes several large investments. Nevertheless, Jinsung plans further expansion into other markets throughout Europe.
“For us, Poland is an important destination for foreign investment. Our company has now launched a Polish branch in Wrocław. Due to the proximity of strategic business partners and excellent location, we decided to lease warehouse space at Panattoni Wrocław XI logistics park. The support we received from JLL’s advisors and the developer’s flexible approach was of crucial importance and allowed for the smooth conclusion of the entire transaction process. Our company is planning to further develop in Poland as well as abroad, so the warehouses and office located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska near the A4 motorway and the A8 motorway junction will be an excellent location for us,” said Young Shin Kim, President of JINSUNG IND Poland.
Due to the pandemic, the Polish warehouse market was the only market in Europe to record growth in the first half of 2020. The Lower Silesia region is also strengthening its domestic position. Wrocław is currently the fourth largest market in terms of warehouse space supply in Poland, with almost 2.6 million sqm of warehouse space.
“The investment attractiveness of Wrocław and its surrounding areas consists of a wide range of factors, including location and excellent road infrastructure as well as an extensive and highly-qualified employment pool. It is a good place for the development of domestic businesses and international brands from in and outside of Europe. Jinsung appreciated Panattoni Park Wrocław XI for its superb location. However, in this case, time and efficient negotiations were also important. Warehouse space was available immediately and a dedicated office was prepared by the developer in short order. Thanks to this, the whole lease process could be finalized within a month. It illustrates the excellent understanding of the tenant’s needs and effective cooperation between parties. The investment of the Korean manufacturer, and the contractor in the construction industry, will surely create new jobs in the local market and further enhance Wrocław’s investment landscape,” said Konrad Lewiński, Senior Consultant, Industrial Agency, JLL.
Panattoni Park Wrocław XI consists of two state-of-the-art warehouse halls with a total area of 100,000 sq m located on Relaksowa Street in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska, and is adjacent to the Wrocław Ring Road. The architectural design of the park can be flexibly adapted to the customer’s expectations, both in terms of technical specifications and the space for individual production, storage and office facilities.
