SpaceFactory strengthens its team – EuropaProperty

Graham Reece has joined SpaceFactory Holding in the role of Non – Executive Director, Special Projects.

In this newly-created position at SpaceFactory, Graham will be responsible for recognizing and defining clients’ needs, as well as building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners. His tasks will include analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities for the holding companies and providing internal and external consultancy.

Graham has many years of international experience in the real estate industry, which he gained in companies such as ProLogis, Parkridge and Davis Langdon. He has spent most of his career realizing projects in the commercial real estate markets of Europe and Southern Africa and has been living and working in Poland for many years.
