Colliers has started cooperation with Stena Fastigheter and has taken under management Spark B, its office building in Warsaw’s Wola district.
Spark B is part of a modern three-building office complex at 171 Solidarności Avenue in Warsaw. The 10-storey, A+ class building offers a total of approximately 19,000 sqm of leaseable office space and 152 parking spots spread across two underground storeys, as well as access to an electric car charging station. Additionally, the property is well adapted to the needs of people commuting by bike – apart from bicycle parking spaces, the complex offers special repair stations, lifts, showers and changing rooms.
Located at the intersection of two major thoroughfares in this part of the city (Okopowa Street and Solidarności Avenue), Spark B enables quick and comfortable communication with other districts. There are numerous bus and tram stops in the immediate vicinity, and the closest metro station, “Rondo Daszyńskiego”, is about 8 minutes’ walk away.
Spark B, with an audit by the Integracja Foundation, provides convenient solutions that accommodate the needs of the disabled, confirmed with a “Building without barriers” certificate, including special induction loops for the hearing impaired, visual identification incorporating the Braille alphabet, or additional parking spaces for employees with disabilities.
The property was also designed to take into account the demands of the local community in order to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants and contribute to the development of the entire neighbourhood. There is a relaxation and entertainment area accessible to everyone, a co-working area and an automated parcel machine.
“Is it a great pleasure to welcome such a prestigious building in our portfolio. With the application of advanced technological solutions, e.g. a special building management system (BMS) or a modern air filtration mechanism, as well as space arrangement that fully meets the needs of users, Spark B ensures a healthy and safe working environment, which is currently a most important issue when it comes to office properties. Sustainability is a trend constantly gaining importance in the eyes of both building owners and tenants,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner and director of the Property Management at Colliers.
