Speedwell has recently gone through a rebranding process. The company now benefits from an improved brand image and a fresh identity. “The only constant in real estate is change,” commented Didier Balcaen, CEO and CO-Founder at Speedwell. “We, as a developer, continuously evolve and adapt to the changing market. We have kept on growing ever since we established the company, and it does not look like the process is going to slow down. Nor do we want that to happen. Because adaptability is essential, especially in this domain, we are doing just that. Thereby, the purpose of the rebranding process was to share with others our evolution, openness to the new and flexibility when it comes to the end user’s needs. Through our new brand image and slogan “Your city, your future”, we are emphasizing our clients’ power to choose what’s best for themselves while also contributing to a positive change in the city they are living in.”
Speedwell’s rebranding comes as a consequence of the company’s fast growth in the past few years. Since its establishment, in 2015, the developer has increased its business having at this point a number of six projects in its pipeline (residential, office and mixed-use), some of them including retail components. The value of the projects in the pipeline is of €400 million.
Together with the branding agency, Speedwell has created a new logo and website with a more modern feel, associated with the brand values: Sustainability, Trust, Passion for real estate, all of them translated into the commitment for improving the quality of living&working for the company’s residents and tenants.
Gabari was the agency in charge of the rebranding process: “We at Gabari make dreams become a reality, not only for designers and developers but above all for people that are on the outlook for a new home. We combine market knowledge, experience with its practices, strategic and creative thinking, a specific media approach, rigorous organization skills, smart design and a set of brains that can make each and any project stand out, since 2009.”
Currently, Speedwell has a consistent portfolio of developments in Romania: Record Park in Cluj-Napoca, The Ivy, Triama Residence and MIRO in Bucharest, Paltim in Timișoara, and Riverside City in Râmnicu-Vâlcea.
Speedwell’s strategy for the next period is purchasing at least two new plots every year in Romania’s biggest cities, leading to an increased pipeline of projects.
