Spektrum Tower receives building permit for major refurbishment – EuropaProperty

Spektrum Tower has received a building permit for an extensive refurbishment of the main building entrance, podium facade and lobby area. Construction works have started and are expected to be completed by October 2014.

The 28-storey tower offers up to 28,000 sqm high quality flexible office accommodation. The building is easily divisible into suites as small as 80 sqm and larger. The lower floors will provide occupiers with a variety of amenities including a café and members gym.

Occupiers wishing to commute by bicycle will also benefit from the introduction of a new venturilo bike station and a large number of bike racks and showers. Those commuting by car will have the luxury of 314 dedicated parking spaces in the underground floors, which is the best ratio per sq. metre in the CBD.

BREEAM major refurbishment certification has been applied for improving the building’s green credentials. The occupiers of Spektrum Tower will also benefit from the provision of green terraces at levels 4, 5, 10, 25 and 28.
