Galeria Młociny is rapidly acquiring tenants from the sport and health food sectors. Next spring, one of the largest fitness clubs in the city will be inaugurated in Bielany, Warsaw. The well-known Calypso chain has decided to open its club in Galeria Młociny. The list of tenants will also include Green it, a restaurant serving health food. The project, which is planned to be opened in the spring of 2019, is over 75 percent leased and is entering its decisive stage.
“Healthy eating is now trendy as well as spending time actively and being fit. Research shows that the number of Poles who have been working out increased by over 15 percent. Galeria Młociny follows this trend, that is why, when we were completing the tenants, we took care of both the most modern fitness club in this part of the city as well as health food restaurants. We are aware that fitness fans are their frequent guests, also on free of trade Sundays,” says Marcin Szlufik, Senior Leasing Manager at Echo Investment’s Shopping Centres Department.
Calypso Fitness, the undisputed leader in the Polish fitness market, has leased a spacious and well-equipped over 2,000 sqm fitness club that will be located on two levels. The new Calypso club will be one of the largest and most modern fitness cubs in Warsaw. Fitness classes will be run in spacious, air-conditioned rooms – trampoline training, Tabata, Cross Training, Zumba and health-related activities such as yoga and Pilates. Next spring, members of the club will have a chance to enjoy wellness facilities. Calypso, just the same as Galeria Młociny in general, will be friendly to parents with children, offering free childcare in the Kids Play area.
Green it., a new tenant of Galeria Młociny, wants to green the world starting in the kitchen. An island display with healthy food, this proposal for those who look for healthy, vegan and vegetarian dishes, will be located next to Calypso and Lifemotive. The menu will include a variety of warm wraps, salads, soups and smoothies that provide something tasteful and aromatic for everyone. Vegetables, fruits, cereals, meat and cheese offered by Green it. allow you to fully fulfil needs of your body for nutrients. Green it. in Galeria Młociny will be the sixth location of the brand in Warsaw. Apart from of the capital, residents of Łódź, Bydgoszcz and Kraków also know this health food chain.
“The island display in Galeria Młociny will be the apple of our eye. I am convinced that Green it. in Bielany will quickly gain new fans and attract those who like and know our food from other locations. The more that we will be a part of a completely unique place dominated by entertainment, a large green garden and of course good restaurants, which will occupy the whole storey of the modern project. We look forward to the opening of Galeria Młociny,” comments Piotr Bartuzi, Board Member responsible for the development of the Green it. chain.
Galeria Młociny is being developed right next to the Młociny hub – one of the places with the best transport links in Warsaw, with direct access to the underground, numerous tram lines and bus routes, suburban and national buses, a bicycle station and a P&R car park. It is the most important transfer location for the northern part of the city and satellite towns and it is used by over 24 million passengers every year.
