Ghelamco Poland has signed a new lease agreement for space at Plac Europejski – a new urban square where Warsaw Spire is being built. Stixx Bar & Grill will occupy 1,500 sqm in a former warehouse building on Wronia street. In addition to the bar, restaurant and lounge, this diverse destination will offer private dining and meeting rooms, conference facilities and a new take away concept called Stixx Deli 2 Go.
Stixx Bar & Grill is heralded as an innovative restaurant concept combing sophisticated cuisine from all around the world at attractive prices in a smart casual environment.
On 1,500 sqm of space, spreading over two floors, the main restaurant will feature an open kitchen with an 8-metre long fireplace, free standing bar, dining area, lounge zone and a large wine wall. In the summertime, guests will be able to enjoy a 400 sqm patio area which will also feature a large outdoor bar. The Stixx Bar & Grill menu will be tailored to all seasons and occasions. Works on the project are set to begin in July.
Stixx Bar & Grill is the first tenant to have leased spaced devoted for the restaurant part at Plac Europejski. The unique urban planning concept implemented within the space between Grzybowska, Łucka, Wronia and Towarowa streets will perfectly complement the office functions of the Warsaw Spire complex offering employees, city residents and tourists a new attractive meeting and leisure spot.
The project of the square arrangement was prepared by a Belgian Wirtz International Landscape Architects studio. Over 4,000 sqm of space will be filled with street furniture, greenery, fountains and water installations, which will create unique micro zone and a great place to relax after working hours, also for the whole families. Apart from Stixx Bar & Grill in the warehouse facility, restaurants and cafés will be located within the ground floors of the complex, on the third floor of the Warsaw Spire tower building and in a free-standing, futuristic in form, pavilion. There will also be an art passage serving as urban exhibition space for young artists.
Plac Europejski is also a place designed with the city of Warsaw and its residents in mind. The space between the buildings of Warsaw Spire will be closed to vehicular traffic. Currently, intensive finishing works over water installations, trees and decorative plants implementation and are under way.
Warsaw Sire complex and Plac Europejski are due to be ready in April 2016.
