The Stokrotka grocery chain has leased nearly 6,900 sqm of warehouse and office space in Accolade’s Panattoni Park Białystok II in Choroszcz. This is the second transaction on which Stokrotka has been recently advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
Stokrotka was founded in Lublin in 1994. It now comprises over 900 stores throughout Poland and continues its fast-paced expansion into new locations. Stokrotka offers a vast array of consumer goods at attractive prices, with a special focus on fresh produce from local suppliers and its own branded products.
“As we continue to grow our business at pace, we consistently expand our logistics base. Stokrotka is on course to open its 1,000th store this year. Panattoni Park Białystok II comprises two warehouse buildings with a combined area of approximately 36,000 sqm. Each features modern loading docks, grade-level doors, large truck courts and spacious offices with customizable layouts. The park has been developed in accordance with sustainable construction standards and is compliant with the requirements of BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
It is another successful completion for Panattoni in Podlasie which provided close to 80,000 sqm of industrial space.
