Stook Concept joins MLP Bucharest West

MLP Group continues to strengthen the tenant mix at its flagship logistics project in Romania. Stook Concept, a Romanian company active in the e-commerce and retail sector, has become a new tenant at MLP Bucharest West. The new lease agreement confirms the park’s strong market position and the effectiveness of the Group’s leasing strategy. Colliers represented the tenant during the leasing process.

Buildings C2 and C1 are being developed as part of the fourth phase of the logistics centre’s expansion. Each of them will offer 10,600 sqm of modern space. The first three phases of the investment delivered a total of 58,700 sqm, all of which has been fully leased.

MLP Bucharest West is a Class A industrial and logistics project being developed on an 18.3-hectare site. Once completed, the development will provide 99,000 sqm of warehouse space complemented by numerous amenities and modern road infrastructure.
