Strong leasing pushes CPIPG’s retail portfolio to greater heights

In the first half of 2025, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), the owner and manager of a portfolio of 23 shopping centres and retail parks across Poland, signed a total of 78 retail lease agreements – including new contracts and extensions – covering a combined area of 14,900 sqm.

Three shopping centres – Vivo! Piła, Vivo! Krosno and Galeria Orkana in Lublin have achieved full occupancy. A significant lease extension was signed with Galeria Orkana’s anchor tenant, the LPP Group, thus confirming through this decision its satisfaction with the centre.

CPIPG’s network of Stop.Shop and City Market retail parks have maintained almost 100 percent occupancy, thus emphasising the strong position they have established in this segment.

Among the locations showing the most impressive growth was the Ogrody shopping centre in Elbląg, which has seen a number of relocations and new openings. Sinsay has opened a showroom over an expanded area, while Media Markt – one of the anchor tenants – has extended its lease for another term. Half Price has also joined the tenant mix, along with Rituals and iSpot. Meanwhile, Snipes has also opened a store in the centre – the chain’s first location in CPIPG’s portfolio in Poland.
