SWM Poland, an American leader of engineered solutions for the tobacco industry worldwide, has increased its warehouse space at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków by leasing an additional 4,200 sqm of space. The company has increased its business facility to 15,000 sqm of office and social space within the complex.
“Due to the development plan by introduction of new products to the range of our services, we have decided to extend warehouse space leased at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. Effective cooperation with the landlord and the possibility to adapt the space compliant with our requirements were important in the process of making the decision to expand the cooperation,” underlines Dariusz Skopek, Managing Director SWM Poland.
SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO logistics centre in Central Europe. Thanks to the cooperation with Łódź Special Economic Zone there is a possibility to conduct business activity in preferential conditions within the investment. The complex is situated on an 87 hectare plot and will eventually provide around 400,000 sqm of modern warehouse and light production space.
