SWM Poland has extended its contract for over 15,500 sqm of warehouse and production space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The company has been operating in the SEGRO park since 2010 and uses the leased space for the production and storage of advanced SWM films, adhesive tapes, foams, meshes and fibres. The transaction was brokered by the AXI IMMO agency.
“The extension of the contract with SEGRO was a formality. We cannot imagine running our business elsewhere due to great cooperation and location. The possibility of adapting the space to our needs, which works well in everyday activities, also decided about the continuation of activities in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. An important factor for us is also the security of work continuity, related to the guarantee of favourable energy prices, which SEGRO negotiates with suppliers in a long-term plan and ensures their constant level for customers for several years,” commented Marcin Adamowicz, Plant Manager, SWM Poland.
“The long-term cooperation of SEGRO with SWM Poland proves the trust and satisfaction of our client, which is a source of pride for us. The facility has been adapted to the individual needs of the client, and the excellent location of the warehouse – only 8 km from the administrative borders of Łódź and close to the A2 motorway, significantly facilitates communication and distribution of products,” says Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.
SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków is the largest SEGRO park in Central Europe. On 85 hectares of investment area, there is over 300,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, and another 100,000 sqm can be developed for the needs of existing or new customers.
