Tenants choose flexible office leasing options

Vastint Poland has leased over 2,600 sqm of ReadyFlex space at Business Garden Wrocław in the last six months. The companies have signed short-term lease agreements: Kostal Automotive Research & Development Center Poland, Eclipse Poland Limited, Aryzta Polska, Brightech, Evoke Technologies and Primetric, operating in the IT, R&D, business consulting and shared services sectors. In addition, Northpass Poland has decided to extend the lease of the ReadyFlex space it occupies.

“Two years ago, we introduced the option of flexibly renting self-contained, fully furnished ReadyFlex office modules. This was our response to the expectations of customers looking for dynamic solutions for running their business. The great interest from tenants and the rapid commercialisation confirms that our decision was right. We currently have 9 ReadyFlex modules in the Business Garden Wrocław complex with a total area of 3,300 sqm. All of this space is leased,” says Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.

The ReadyFlex flexible office lease option refers to a variant that allows fully furnished offices to be rented for short periods, typically between 6 months and 24 months. Modules ranging from 300 to 400 sqm include a reception area, office fit-outs, open plan areas, meeting rooms, cross-rooms, welfare facilities and toilets. In addition to the office space itself, the lease also provides access to the various amenities offered by the property, which were previously only available to long-term tenants.

ReadyFlex provides independent business operations without having to share rented space with other entities and is particularly attractive for start-ups, companies in sectors with fluctuating demand or companies looking for office space for a short period.

Renting office space in this formula is also possible in the Business Garden complexes in Poznań and Warsaw. A similar space will soon be created in the K2 office building in Gdynia.
