Centrum Orląt is an A-class office building completed in 2002, located in the centre of Wrocław at the intersection of Podwale, Piłsudskiego and Braniborska streets. “When we purchased the property our goal was to carry out a full modernization. We decided to keep the building’s initial office function, but we also wanted to breathe some new life into Centrum Orląt. The facility will offer a modern and sustainable environment that meets the needs and requirements of contemporary customers,” said Marcell Mihályfi International Asset manager, Adventum International Ltd. “The project is challenging and exceptional, including a 12-storey building and its entire façade. We decided to cooperate with Tétris due to their extensive experience in the area of office fit-out, including the modernization of older facilities, proven subcontractors, and well-developed logistics processes.”
The total area of the office building is 17,600 sqm. The works have already started and will last until the first quarter of 2022. Value4Real is responsible for the project design, and also manages the entire investment for Adventum. CBRE is the exclusive rental agent.
“In our portfolio office, fit-out projects constitute the largest group. This one commissioned to us by Adventum is extremely interesting. It’s been 19 years since the construction of the building. The standards in this type of facility have evolved in that time. Now the offices’ main function is integrating people, with a focus on the comfort of employees. Offices are no longer only workplaces. Exclusive areas to rest or to eat are crucial. A growing trend in offices is biophilic design – introducing plants, which help with creating privacy and adds to the pleasant atmosphere. We know exactly how to respond to these needs. Entrusting us with the building’s facade renovation proves that our competencies go far beyond just interior finishing,” commented Kamila Dzionek, Business Development Manager, Tétris
The modernization of facilities built nearly 20 years ago is an increasingly common market trend in which Tétris is becoming a leader.
