Falcon announces new OTO Park in Poland
Falcon Investment Management has announced a new retail project under the OTO Park brand. The project commercialization is handled by RG-Leasing.
“Currently, together with our partner responsible for the commercialization of this project – RG-Leasing – we are focusing on developing the most effective commercial concept for the new investment,” says Daria Górniak, Leasing & Asset Management Director at Falcon Investment Management.
The construction of the shopping park in Morąg is another step in the company’s strategy to increase the availability of modern shopping facilities in smaller Polish cities and to add more high-quality projects to Falcon’s portfolio.
“We are confident that our latest investment will attract significant interest and appreciation from both residents and tenants,” emphasizes Piotr Piechocki, CEO of Falcon Investment Management.
The facility is likely to begin in 2024.
CBRE to become exclusive letting agent of Skyliner II
CBRE will be acting as the exclusive letting agent for Karimpol’s Skyliner II office project.
“CBRE Poland is a proven partner and has supported us for years. The commitment and professionalism of the team was crucial in the leasing of the first phase of the Skyliner office project”, said Michał Orłowski, Director, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Karimpol Polska.
Construction of Skyliner II began in February 2024. The second phase is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026. The tower will have a height of 130 metres, 28 storeys and 24,000 sqm of leasable space.
Karimpol Polska will apply for Outstanding BREEAM certification for Skyliner II. As with the first phase, the building is planned to be powered by renewable energy sources.
IWG adds two Regus offices in Hungary
International Workplace Group has announced the opening of two flexible workspaces in Budapest and Miskolc under the Regus brand.
Opening early 2025 the new offices will provide co-working space for established firms and start-ups across a range of industries.
