Vastint Poland Celebrates Completion of B10 Project in Wroclaw
Vastint Poland has completed a new building complex, which includes the B10 office building and the Element by Westin Hotel, next to Business Garden Wroclaw. The complex spans over 20,000 sqm and features a six-story office building and a seven-story hotel.
Szymon Wojciechowski, CEO and Architect-Partner at APA Wojciechowski Architekci emphasized the cohesive design blending with the existing Business Garden complex and offering new functionality with the addition of a hotel. The B10 office building, with a modular H-shaped design, provides flexible rental spaces and modern amenities, aiming for LEED, WELL, and WiredScore certifications. The Element by Westin Hotel offers 115 rooms designed for comfort and sustainability, managed by Hotel Co51.
Vastint Poland is in advanced lease negotiations and expects the new complex to attract leading companies, especially from the financial sector.
Panattoni Nears Completion of City Logistics Kraków I
Panattoni has commenced the final construction phase of its City Logistics Kraków I urban park in the Nowa Huta district, set to expand the facility to 36,500 sqm. Building A’s extension, scheduled for completion in September, will accommodate a new tenant occupying half of the additional 11,300 sqm from November. Only 6,000 sqm of Small Business Units remain available for lease in this nearly fully commercialised park.
Filip Noworól, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni, stated, “Our project addresses the growing demand for modern warehousing in strategic urban locations.” The park’s proximity to Kraków’s transport hubs and major highways enhances its connectivity for logistics, warehousing, and light production operations.
CTP Signs Another TSL Sector Client at Warsaw North
CTP has leased around 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw North to Trako Team Rafał Kopański, a Polish TSL sector company. Located near Warsaw, this warehouse will store various goods for distribution to factories and retail chains across the EU.
This move marks a strategic development for the Trako Team, which will now handle in-house logistics and warehousing operations due to the excellent location of CTPark Warsaw North. The company plans further expansion within the complex, which will soon include a new building, increasing the total area to nearly 78,000 sqm.
Katarzyna Myjak, Senior Business Developer at CTP Poland, highlighted the strategic importance of location for supply chain efficiency. Rafał Kopański, CEO of Trako Team, cited the site’s great location and CTP’s smart, eco-friendly features as key factors in their decision. CTP continues to expand its diverse portfolio, with over 560,000 sqm of business parks under construction in Poland.
