SAMEDAY Acquires Pactic Group, Expands Regionally
Courier company SAMEDAY has acquired Hungary’s Pactic Group, enhancing its regional delivery network. Pactic Group, with a 2023 turnover of €15 million, offers services to e-tailers and SMEs and handled 3.5 million deliveries last year. This acquisition aligns with SAMEDAY’s strategy to increase its presence in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria, targeting 8,500 delivery points by year-end. The company aims to provide seamless cross-border delivery services and has planned investments of over €60 million for 2024.
“We believe in borderless delivery services that provide customers with the same high-quality experience, whether in Romania, Hungary, or Bulgaria. Acquiring the Pactic Group is another step in SAMEDAY’s plan to improve its presence in the region,” says Lucian Baltaru, CEO of SAMEDAY Group.
HARDEN Starts Construction of Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo
Harden Construction has commenced building the Panattoni Park Szczecin Dunikowo warehouse, covering over 53,000 sqm, for a leading retailer. Located near the A6 highway in the Dunikowo Special Economic Zone, the facility aims for the highest BREEAM certification. Scheduled for completion in Q2 2025, the warehouse will feature advanced fire protection systems and sustainable development practices, including the use of eco-friendly materials and heat sources.
“In this investment, sustainable development is very important. Therefore, in addition to a large green area and the use of eco-friendly heat sources, as many recycled materials as possible are used during construction. This minimizes the impact of the investment on the climate and the natural environment,” says Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director at Harden Construction.
Skyliner II Gets BREEAM Outstanding Rating

Skyliner II, scheduled for completion in 2026, will feature renewable energy sources and high environmental standards, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and user-friendliness.
“Just like the first tower, Skyliner II is going to be powered by renewable energy, meet the highest environmental standards, remain friendly to various user groups and, above all, thanks to the technologies used, it will be timeless,” said Szymon Zduńczyk, Management Board Member and Managing Director at Karimpol Polska.
“Certifying office buildings and confirming that they have as low an environmental impact as possible is a key part of a well-designed ESG strategy pursued by companies which build, manage, and buy office property,” said Błażej Szymczyński, Principal Expert in the Sustainability Advisory team, JWA.
