Budapest ONE Achieves Top WELL Certification for All Phases
Budapest ONE has secured the highest Platinum-level WELL Core certification for the final two phases of its 66,000 sqm complex. This achievement marks Futureal’s continued success in promoting health and well-being in architecture, with a total of 130,000 sqm of lettable space now certified. The WELL certification guarantees top standards in air, water quality, acoustics, and lighting. Futureal’s latest project, Corvin Innovation Campus, is also on track to meet WELL Platinum standards.

Chairry Furniture Enhances VIP Areas at Lagoon Park Bucharest
Chairry Design & Furniture has completed the VIP areas of Lagoon Park Bucharest, Romania’s first artificial urban beach. The €33 million project is part of the Central District Lagoon City development and includes a Radisson Lagoon hotel. Chairry provided outdoor furniture for the 11,000 sqm sandy beach, enhancing the space with 700 tables and 25 VIP canopies. The park’s innovative design is expected to boost local tourism and the economy.
“This innovative project will bring significant benefits to the communities around the capital, but also to the local economy as a whole by attracting a new segment of tourists,” said Raluca Dorobanțu, Managing Partner of Chairry Design & Furniture.
First Phase of Good Point V Warehouse Park Nears Completion
Two buildings in the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna have received occupancy permits, with one already in use by cosmetics giant Dr Irena Eris S.A. The complex, scheduled for full completion in Q1 2025, spans 30,000 sqm and adheres to the highest ESG and BREEAM Excellent standards. The development by Real Management S.A. is strategically located near Warsaw, offering modern, sustainable space for tenants.
“Obtaining the occupancy permit for the first stage of the Good Point V warehouse and production park (Hall 1 and Hall 4) is a key phase of the investment. Good Point V is a space created with attention to the highest standards and designed to meet the requirements of even the most demanding tenants,” said Marcin Malka, CEO at Real Management S.A.
