CTP Expands Gdańsk Port Logistics Park
CTP has acquired 14 hectares of land in the Pomeranian Investment Centre near Gdańsk’s port. The purchase will expand the CTPark Gdańsk Port, adding new production and logistics buildings, including smaller rental units tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. This expansion builds on CTP’s existing investment in the area, which has already seen significant commercialization and economic benefits for the region.
“These smaller formats are particularly interesting for SMEs – the largest economic sector in Poland in terms of the number of companies – as they provide the infrastructure for flexible, sustainable growth,” explains Piotr Flugel, Managing Director at CTP Poland.
