Thedy & Partners, a tax consultancy firm, has leased 390 sqm of office space in the Moniuszki Tower office building in Warsaw. AXI IMMO advised the client on the transaction.
Thedy & Partners company has been operating on the market since 2015 and offers services in the field of taxes, proceedings and public aid. The company provides a wide range of services including transaction advisory, tax planning for companies and individuals, tax and court proceedings, VAT settlements, tax services, etc.
Due to the dynamic development of the organization and the need for a larger office space, the company decided to let the space in the Moniuszki Tower high rise, at ul. Moniuszki 1a in the Śródmieście district. The tenant in the new location will have a modern office space of 390 sqm.
“We were looking for office space in an attractive location, very well communicated and offering attractive surroundings, especially for our employees and clients. Moniuszki Tower is an object located close to the subway, but also numerous tram and bus lines. Employees and clients can easily reach our office by both their own and public transport. In addition, around the city we have an active public space, which is an added value for employees, which not only increases the comfort of work but also allows attractive ways of spending time outside of it,” commented Łukasz Kupryjańczyk, partner at Thedy & Partners.
“The client needed the office not only to meet current needs, but also space providing opportunity for future expansion, because the company want to significantly increase employment in the next two years. Moniuszki Tower is an office building located in the Śródmieście district, put into use in 2002. It is located in an attractive and well communicated location, close to the Świętokrzyska metro station and numerous tram and bus lines. The total area of this multi-storey building is almost 12,000 sqm, of which the largest part occupies office space – almost 10,000 sqm.
