Malta Office Park, an office complex managed by EPP, is a natural choice for business, especially for companies looking for a quiet and comfortable work space, created with care for the natural environment. The project has welcomed the not-for-profit organization GS1 Polska and the companies Inetum Polska and Espeo Software. The total space in buildings A and C covered by lease agreements is over 1,500 sqm.

Another tenant who joined the Poznań complex is Inetum Polska. The company provides IT services, creating dedicated solutions for banks, insurance, communication, retail and automotive companies.
At the beginning of 2024, Malta Office Park will welcome Espeo Software, which creates and implements software for representatives of the financial industry. Knowledge and experience in the field of, among others: blockchain and online payments allow Espeo Software to help clients create innovative fintech solutions.
“The distinguishing feature of Malta Office Park is the green location of the facility, which is also appreciated by our tenants. We draw inspiration from nature, act with respect for it and connect it with the world of business. All buildings in the complex are 100 percent powered by renewable energy sources and lit with energy-saving LED technology. Additionally, facility users have access to infrastructure for cyclists and electric vehicle chargers. These are just selected examples of amenities that engage tenants in activities for the benefit of the planet,” adds Agnieszka Gola, Leasing Manager at EPP.
The project, consisting of six independent buildings, combines modern architecture, excellent surface quality and ecological solutions, which is confirmed by the BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The complex also boasts a WELL Health and Safety rating.
