Ceetrus (formerly Immochan Polska) has leased 1,225 sq m of office space at the International Business Center in Warsaw, to which it will relocate in late 2018. Deka Immobilien, the owner of the building was represented in the transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills, while the tenant was advised by Colliers International.
Ceetrus [pronounced sitras] had operated under the business name Immochan till June 2018. Following its rebranding, it transformed from a global commercial real estate firm into a mixed-use developer delivering – in addition to shopping centres – projects that combine retail, office, residential uses and urban infrastructure.
“Our new corporate strategy involves creating sustainable, smart and vibrant places, that’s why it is so important to us to provide an excellent working environment for our staff. We want to create a modern and user-friendly office space to foster collaboration and connect people,” said Ada Danielewska, HR Manager at Ceetrus Poland.
“The IBC and its nearby infrastructure perfectly match the philosophy and requirements of Ceetrus. The tenant has leased the former showroom space at the complex, which now has only the last remaining vacant office modules,” said Jakub Parys, Senior Consultant, Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills.
Savills is the exclusive commercialisation agent for office space at the IBC. In the transaction with Ceetrus, the owner of the building was advised by Jakub Parys and Klaudia Figat from real estate advisory firm Savills. The tenant was represented by Paweł Skałba, Paweł Proński and Justyna Piłat from Colliers International.
“Our talks and analyses conducted with our Client revealed that securing a location along the first metro line was the key to a successful lease transaction. The IBC office will support the Client’s new business strategy and guarantee a comfortable work environment. We are pleased to have supported Ceetrus at such an important stage of its expansion,” said Paweł Proński, Associate Director, Office Agency, Tenant Representation, Colliers International.
